Design, Draft & Discussion Phase
Design drafts & sketches will be made by the architecture team, based on notes from our initial meeting & presented to you for feedback and refinement.

Working Drawings, Approval & BoQ
After finalizing the design concept, our team creates detailed architectural and structural plans. These plans are then submitted for county stamps, approval and permits.

Handover & Support
Delivering a fully detailed, cleaned luxury property, complete with structural guarantees and continuous support.
